Hi everybody. i had the same problem, but i found out( i don’t know why) that some configuration in my web.xml is the source of my problems:

com.sun.faces.verifyObjects
false

com.sun.faces.IS_SAVE_BINDINGS_STATE
false

when i removed these lines, my commenadLink worked like a charm. HTH

ho everybody.
I got the same problem, but i don’t want to set the scope of the bean to session ( i want to keep it request because i have too much data to load, and it’s not good if you want better performances )

Is there a solution for that ?

but in my case its not working fine even i add ajaxSingle=”true” also.

Hi,
I have seen this patch also discussed on the main website (http://www.dynarch.com/projects/calendar/old/), however, no-one seems to have commented on the fact that the fix does not work as needed, if the popup link is on the far right of the screen or at the bottom. The popup floods over the edge of the screen, and the scrollbars extend - if you click the scrollbars, the popup disappears of course. It’s all fine in FF of course. The nearest I can get to a fix, is to leave the old x position code as it was which seems to stop it flooding over the right side of the screen, and using the new y position workaround - when it floods over the bottom you have to use the mousewheel to scroll down as this does not make the popup disappear.
I’m continuing to scour the web for someone who has written a complete fix.

Since this is two months old you may have figured this out by now…
If not (or for others who find this page), here’s the gist of what’s going on…
By mapping /*, the dispatcher servlet handles ALL requests
Views that are built off InternalResourceView (like JstlView) do an internal forward to return the rendered view
The internal forward comes right back to the dispatcher servlet
Which hands the request to a controller (only now the request is probably something like /WEB-INF/view/my.jsp)
The controller doesn’t know how to handle it

Not sure what you mean? My pom has all the usual stuff in for the jars I need, plus junit as a test dependency, and the cobertura plugin?

IF you do not use AspectK or AOP in your project and take the route you did, what else do you have to add tot he maven pom?
